Please be aware that we do not sell any products here on UK's Cheapest. We exist to provide you with price comparisons, writeups on the top products in a niche and above all to help you save money. We hold no responsibility for the purchase experience for any product we recommend - your contract is with the seller who will be plainly marked on our website when you click through to them.

These Terms and Conditions set out how you use our site and what usage means for you. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Purchasing

As we've previously mentioned, we do not sell, ship or fulfill any products. Upon using our site we are connecting you with other companies that provide these services. As such, your contract is with them and should you need to contact someone about your order you should contact that company. We cannot investigate on your behalf.

Quality of Service

We make every effort to only recommend companies we know and have used in the past. If you have a poor experience with a company please do contact us. We make no promises as issues do happen in day to day ecommerce, but if we receive a proportionate number of queries we will strike off the company in question at our discretion.

Commission

For some sites, we earn a commission if you click through and purchase via one of our links.

We do not rank sites higher if they pay us a commission. Everyone is treated the same. We are not in this to profit.

We exist to try and help people save money and to unravel the complicated sales, and strange pricing practices of many websites today. The reality is that websites and the technology behind them cost money, so our commission goes back into the site to keep it running.

In other words, we will never put profit above showing you the best prices. The sites at the top of our price comparison tables will always be the cheapest as far as we know. We will always rank sites equally by the price they offer and never by the commission we earn.

If you know of a site that is reputable and worthwhile adding, please let us know. If we agree with you and our technology permits, then we'll add it in.

Pricing Accuracy

We put a lot of work in to this site and keeping things fair, however we cannot account for all eventualities. Sometimes a site may change their pricing, offer a free delivery incentive (e.g. via a discount code) or some other benefit. Or they might change their site structure which could throw off our pricing. Or perhaps they change their prices part way through the day (we check first thing in the morning in which case the new price would be reflected the day after).

For this reason we would always recommend you check a price when you click through to a seller. We do however take every precaution to be as accurate as possible.

For most of the products we feature, we show prices including delivery. This helps put them on a level playing field and prevents companies using low prices, but high delivery fee's to manipulate results.

We do our best to keep things up to date and accurate. If you spot a discrepancy or issue, please contact us immediately and we'll get it resolved as fast as we can.

Adverts

We sometimes shows adverts on our site from advertising networks such as Google's. We want to keep advertising as unobtrusive as we can, so we we'll never put them in the middle of our content like many blogs and news sites do. They may however appear on the edges of your screen, or towards the bottom of the page. Again, we are not in this to make lots of money, we just want to cover our costs.

Adverts help us to pay for the site and keep things on a level playing field.

We cannot be held responsible for the content of adverts or any action you take on them. We take every precaution to keep the adverts family friendly, but we are limited in our control over this.
